Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for digital products which have been consumed or downloaded, including online courses that have been watched, and presets that have been used. However, we’re happy to offer a 14 day “cooling off” period for unused products.

If you aren’t satisfied with the product you purchased, you can request a refund within 14 days of its delivery, and get your money back with no questions asked. After 14 calendar days, you are no longer eligible for and will not receive a refund.
